Tender Description
The extent of the Subcontractor’s Works shall include for, be subject but not limited to, the following: -
• The supply and install of suspended ceilings and partitions and associated other elements
• The supply & install of Vinyl flooring & associated works other elements
• The supply & install of toilet cubicles
• The supply & install of mirrors
• The supply & install of painting internal & external
• The install of aluminium doors & windows
• The supply & install of Joinery
• The install only of Doors supply by others
• The install only of Door hardware supply by others
• The install only of Group 1 & Group 2 FF&E
• The supply & install of some minor building works such as masonry blockwork & render, concrete, termite protection
• This package will be let to one fitout contractor
