Provision of Towage Services - Port of Albany

⁠⁠⁠Southern Ports invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of Towage Services in the Port of Albany.

Southern Ports is seeking Offers for both the following options:

• Option 1 - for a term of 5 years commencing 1 February 2023 and expiring 31 January 2028, with one option to extend the term for a further 5 years to 31 January 2033, exercisable by Southern Ports in its absolute discretion; and
• Option 2 - for a term of 10 years commencing 1 February 2023 and expiring 31 January 2033,
• (the Term).

For the avoidance of doubt, when submitting an Offer, both Option 1 and Option 2 in Appendix A – Price Schedule – Towage Services – Port of Albany must be completed.
