Workforce Identity and Access Management - Stage 1 - IGA and PAM

The City of Gold Coast (Customer) requires the provision of an integrated Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) product suite. These products and capability are intended to be implemented into Principal’s existing technology and application landscape, including systems across ICT and Operational Technology (OT) environments.

Identity governance and administration (IGA) is to be used for managing the automated provisioning and deprovisioning of user identities, managing each user’s roles and entitlements, and providing governance over identities to ensure they have the right privileges at the right time. Privileged access management (PAM) will be used to control and monitor access to highly privileged accounts, applications, and system assets.

The Customer welcomes innovative solutions, including value-add additions which may include training inclusions, additional modules etc.

The procurement is broken down into 2 stages, and are to be inclusive of any support, maintenance, and software requirements:

Stage One is the Procurement of IGA and PAM Products only (including Software support and hosting services) (fixed price)

Stage Two is for the Procurement of a Specialist System Integrator services to configure the selected product(s) from Stage One and integration with established services

The Customer is initially seeking a supplier for Stage One in this Invitation to Offer. It is expected that the specialist solution implementation capability for the integration is aligned with the selected products on completion of Stage One, and that it will allow the Customer agile options highlighted in accessing the provision of these services.
