Website Maintenance and Publishing

⁠⁠⁠Ongoing website support services:

• Five hours of support a month. (Additional support, charged at an hourly rate if support requests exceed five hours a month, subject to prior written agreement by DVA and the flexibility to roll over unused hours into a 'bank of hours').
• General maintenance and upkeep for the site; including but not limited to; configuration, development, content changes/update (including plugins and themes), removal of malware, spam/malicious code.
• Ensure that Google Analytics plugins are functional and active.
• Provide a detailed list of the current versions of technology running on the website on a quarterly basis.
• Provide access to a 24/7 ticketing system, with business hour support provided 10 hours a day, five days a week, between 8 am and 6 pm.
• Delivery schedule (turnaround time) for technical support and action on tasks, including a customer acknowledgement email or a confirmation email of request, received.
• Optional additional one and/or two week sprints to cover any enhancements or new features built into the website.
• Provide an updated User Manual for the website, with any updates recorded on an ongoing basis.
