Gutter cleaning for all buildings on this list:

• 21x homes,
• 1x Caves House,
• 1x Mountain Lodge,
• 1x Gatehouse Lodge,
• 1x Binoomea Cottage,
• 4x Out Buildings (single story)

To note: no roof anchors are available on any roofs, rope access and boom lift will be required to access Caves House, Gate House, Mountain Lodge & one home is (Ropes only)

Other buildings are single level.

Access to some sites will be challenging and have limits.
