Pāmu is undertaking a two-stage process consisting of this ROI and, subject to approval, a subsequent RFP to shortlisted providers for a Software as a Serivce (SAAS), Customer Relationship Management System (CRM). We are looking for a scalable CRM system to provide an overarching approach to stakeholder management, provide greater visibility of interactions, and provide a single source of information for each stakeholder.
The key outcomes we are want to achieve are:
i. Having a scalable solution
ii. Have a system storing and providing a single source of truth about our stakeholders,
iii. A coordinated approach to stakeholder management,
iv. A central communications point,
v. Record interactions/issues,
vi. Deliver actionable data and follow ups to key personnel
vii. Identify a system capable of integrating with our current and future systems
