The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the construction of the new health hub at North Rockhampton State High School, located at Berserker Street, Frenchville QLD 4701, as part of the health hub program.

The works includes the infill under Block D to create a new health hub facility with practical learning spaces and teaching health facilities. All new facilities including walls, windows, doors, ceilings, finishes, operable wall and services. The position of the building is at the side of the school with fair site access and working space. All works are to be completed by the 15th of April 2022.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works

QBCC Licensing
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
