OZ Minerals Musgrave Operations Pty Ltd requires the supply of a dry screen for the Minerals Processing
Plant from suitably experienced and qualified vendors for the West Musgrave Project.
Requirement / Scope of Works
OZ Minerals is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) for the supply, manufacture, delivery, commissioning, and acceptance testing for one (1) off complete Secondary Crusher Scalping Screen Assembly to be installed at the OZ Minerals West Musgrave Project located in Western Australia.
One (1) only 18Mtpa Heavy Duty Secondary Crusher Scalping Screen comprising:
• Heavy Duty Screen frame structure with cross beams, feed impact plate;
• Side plates with bolted on steel section stiffeners comprising a fully Huck Bolted Structure;
• Spring Support Brackets accommodating support springs, end anchors and dampers for transient conditions (i.e. starting/stopping);
• Isolation Frame with a vibration dampening system;
• Complete excitation system mounted onto the support cross beam structure with an external drive motor support structure;
• Screening media sub-frame with fastener system;
• Replaceable heavy duty feed box and side plate wear liners;
• High Wear replaceable resistant protection for any screen parts being exposed to wear;
• Complete dust encapsulation system;
• Screen guarding for exciters and complete drive system;
• Any electrical junction box and interconnecting flexible cables between motor and junction box.
