Tender Description
Cairns Regional Council (Council) is seeking proposals from suitably qualified and experienced law firms and lawyers to provide legal advisory services for the Cairns Water Security Strategy Stage 1. The Legal Advisor engaged under this arrangement will form part of Council’s project team, working closely with the Project Manager to provide professional services throughout the project lifecycle from planning to construction and ongoing operation. Legal advice may also be required in relation to property acquisition and statutory approvals and other contractual matters arising during the delivery of the project.
