Stage 2 - Civil and Electrical Reticulation - Songbird Oxley

Ecoomic Development Queensland is seeking offers for DSDILGP-EDQ-2907-21 Stage 2 - Civil and Electrical Reticulation – Songbird Oxley.

The delivery of Songbird Oxley incorporates a range of detached residential lots, retirement/aged living development site (including neighbourhood community facility), new C&K Childcare centre on a flood immune site, preserve significant vegetation, provide protection from landslip on the eastern hillside section of site and retain more than 10ha of public open space.

This Invitation to Offer specifically relates to Songbird Oxley, Stage 2 civil and electrical reticulation works which creates 48 residential lots (Stages 2A & 2D), one public park lot (1.8 hectares – Stage 2B), one public open space pocket park (3,478sqm – Stage 2A), one open space reserve lot (1.29 hectares – Stage 2A), new internal roads and external road intersection upgrade works along Seventeen Mile Rocks Road, Oxley.
