EOI - Selling agent for Akuna Street

⁠⁠⁠Kiama Council seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) from potential selling agents to act for Council.

The successful applicant will act for Council in the process to market and make recommendations to Council for the sale of public land it owns.

Landholdings included in the Tender for Sale are described as:

• Lot 200 DP1017091
• Lot 100 DP1211384
• Lot 1 DP506764 and
• Lot 1 DP50193.

The sale of the land will be through an open tender process under the requirements of the Local Government Act 1993 and Local Government (General) Regulation 2005 and will begin in early 2022.

This Expression of Interest process to appoint an agent for the sale of public land on behalf of Council is a requirement of Council’s Public Land Management Guidelines Policy.

Expressions of Interest to act for Council in the sale of the land must be submitted to Council by 4pm Thursday 18 November 2021.

EOI’s must be prepared using the EOI form provided on this page and be submitted to council@kiama.nsw.gov.au.

At the conclusion of the EOI submission period, Council may invite selected agents to present their marketing strategy for the sale of the land, and relevant experience and capacity in the marketing and sale of mixed-use commercial sites for redevelopment.
