Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited from suitably qualified Contractors for the construction of a pedestrian plaza at Young Street Neutral Bay. This pedestrian plaza will be enabled through the closure of Young Street between Military Road and Grosvenor Lane.

Works include supply and installation of drainage, paving, concrete planter walls, timber decking, planters, planting and softscape elements, Aus Grade power relocation, street furniture and decorative lighting items.
