Tender Description
The contract comprises of the design and construction of various improvements work planned for Tarawera Landing Reserve, which is to be completed within the available contract budget of $360,000.00.
The contract scope of works will be finalised in agreement with the successful respondent and is subject to receiving a Proposal acceptable to Rotorua Lakes Council.
The successful respondent will be required to take the existing Preliminary Design drawings and progress it into a set of detailed design documents, to a quality suitable for obtaining Building Consent (if required) and undertaking the construction.
A mandatory site visit is a requirement of participation in this tender process. A site visit will be held on Wednesday, 10th November 2021 at 10am at Landing Reserve.
