The successful applicant must be able to supply the plant for an onsite inspection at the Barcaldine Regional Council Alpha Depot prior to the commencement of works.

LEGAL CARRYING CAPACITIES SHALL BE ENFORCED.

Offerors shall submit with their Offer a STATUTORY DECLARTION stating:

a) for Semi Trailers, Gross Combination Mass, Gross Vehicle Mass (Prime Mover), Tare (Prime Mover), Gross Vehicle Mass (Trailer), Gross Vehicle Tare (Trailer), Legal Carrying Capacity.

b) for Truck & Dogs, Gross Vehicle Mass, Gross Vehicle Tare, Legal Carrying Capacity.

INDIVIDUAL MAXIMUM AXLE WEIGHT LIMITS SHALL BE ADHERED TO AND MAY BE CHECKED.

Statutory Declarations are attached. If available, a "Weigh Bridge Certificate" for the plant should also be attached.

All vehicles must comply with NHVR rules and regulations. Truck and trailer combinations may be checked with the NHVR. JP certification may also be checked.
