⁠⁠⁠The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for Newspaper Delivery Service.

The Embassy intends to award a purchase order to the lowest quote technically acceptable submitted by a responsible offeror. See Section 3 of the attached Request for Quotations (RFQ).

This opportunity allows for electronic submissions; your quotation with the subject line “19AS2022Q0003_Newspaper Delivery Service” to Liliana Benguria at BenguriaL@state.gov on or before 4pm on November 8, 2021. No quotations will be accepted after this time.

In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete blocks 12, 17, 23, 24, and 30 as appropriate and submit the following:

1. SF-1449 (blocks 12, 17, 23, 24, and 30 as appropriate)
2. Section 1, Pricing
3. Additional information as required in Section 3
