• Relevant engineering design expertise and experience, capability, and capacity of the Design Team
• Relevant construction expertise and experience, capability, and capacity of the Construction Team
• Demonstrated understanding of the requirements of the Supplier to deliver the Services
• Commercial and contract administration risk factors • Acceptance of ANSTO's General Conditions of Contract,
• An accredited Quality Management System which is certified to comply with the requirements of AS/NZS ISO 9001
• An accredited Environmental Management System which is certified to comply with the requirements of AS/NZS ISO 1400
• An accredited Risk Management System which is certified to comply with the requirements of AS ISO 31000
• Registration with the Federal Safety Commission (FSC)
• Financial Capability; and referee checks
