The Agency requests applicants quote on the build of a microsite and articulate the rates at which they might provide additional service design support. The microsite build plan should specify a timeline for delivery, incorporate the Agency’s Innovation initiatives, include usability-related functionalities for high-volume, fast-paced assessment activities (e.g. dashboard viewing, sorting, categorising, etc) and details of how changes to the site will be implemented. The initial site must be completed by early November 2021, with the maintenance and updates to the microsite required to be supported by the successful tenderer through to 31 December 2022.

The Agency expects to receive a high volume of responses and as such a microsite will be required to manage this effectively and provide good oversight to support rapid assessment. The microsite will also support additional innovation initiatives, including the Agency’s newly created Experience Centre.
