Tender Description
The Principal wishes to appoint suitably experienced, qualified and equipped Successful Tenderer to undertake the capture of data for electrical assets throughout the City of Gold Coast including the provision of single line diagram sketch plans.
The Works consist of the following activities:
• Whole of City (WOC) Main Switchboards, Cables and Conduits Data Capture; and
• Whole of City (WOC) Rate Three Electrical Network Data Capture.
Note:
Upon receipt of a signed copy of Attachment E: Digital Data User Licence Agreement, the Principal will provide the following to assist in completion of tender responses:
• A copy of applicable asset ESRI File Geodatabases that may require assets to be spatially rectified.
• A copy of the Client grid ESRI File Geodatabase to assist the Consultant with planning, managing and monitoring progress of data capture.
