Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠UGL is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and competent landscaping contractors for the routine maintenance and care of the grounds and landscaping of the Mindyarra maintenance facility.

The landscape design focused on the following principles:

Enhancement of the local environment and connect to the surrounding area.
Responsiveness and adaptability to local climatic conditions.
Incorporation of stormwater treatment and control devices within the landscape.
Inclusion, retention and protection of the existing vegetation.
Appropriate and successful plant selection.
Sustainable with reduced maintenance requirements.
Incorporate CPTED principles.
A relaxing and enjoyable workplace environment to promote social interaction.

Maintenance and care of the Mindyarra Maintenance Facility should be based on upkeeping the original design intent.
