Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠UGL is seeking expression of interest from local service providers for the maintenance of the Fire Safety System at the newly build Train Maintenance Facility.

Facility Overview:

The facility occupies app 20ha in the centre of Dubbo and includes Administration Building, Security Gatehouse and various maitenance workshops.

Administration building is app 1,500m2 and the main workshop app 14,000m2

Brief description of the Fire Safety System:

"The Fire Protection System complies with applicable Australian Standards and Fire and Life Safety requirements.

Fire Protection Services include sprinkler protection, fire detection, building occupant warning system (bows), suppression system (gas), fire hydrant coverage and fire extinguishers.

The water main is the primary source of water supply for the fire hydrant system boosted by a diesel pump. A water storage tank is provided as the primary water supply for ESFR sprinkler system supplied by two diesel pumps."

- Fire Safety Inspections & Testing

- Fire Equipment Repairs & Maintenance

- Annual Fire Safety Statements
