Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Delivery Partner will be required to act as a source of business strategy development expertise and to help advise and support the team in a manner that most suits them and their needs, and may include but not limited to:
• Review and assess the proposed activity plan to December and provide verbal and documented recommended changes
• Provide advice to the team on specific deliverables that should be included and the most efficient way to achieve them
• Attend and participate in definition sessions and other activities, including research as required to fully understand the business challenge and opportunity
• Where requested by the team, facilitate workshops and engagements with groups not limited to the Department to ensure maximum value and expected outcomes
• Product advice and guidance on how to conduct specific activities such as research, or modelling
• Source comparable regulatory models and strategies to achieve them
• Participate where needed to provide alternative views and insights on opportunities to rethink the model, and adopt alternate approaches within the context of its regulatory limits
• Provide advice and insights on segmentation analysis and economic modelling where needed.
• Critique outputs and provide advice on proposed changes
