Tender Description
This project consists of fire safety compliance rectification works of five buildings and systems at HMAS Harman including new or additional smoke detectors, building occupant warning systems, fire hose reel coverage, emergency lighting, speakers, exit signage, replace doors, door hardware and closers with compliant products.
The works also includes the installation of compliant door hold open devices, modify existing handrails for compliant height and infill, provide new handrails, a new fire rated wall and new landing steps and rails.
