Tender Description
TPA+i invite Expression of Interest from Builders who wish to tender for the New Year 11 and Year 12 Facilities and associated works. The project comprises a new state of the art 3 level education facility comprising new classrooms, IT, STEM, student facilities and air bridge (Building A). Together with a major redevelopment of the Doyle Wing linking a new upper level of classrooms into the Science Wing (Building B).
Builders E.O.I should include:-
- Capacity to undertake a major development over $7.0m. - Company profile and resources.
- Relevant project experience undertaking educational projects. Project references should be included.
- Capability to undertake the works for 2023/ 24 staged completion.
EOI should include current commitments. Building A is to be completed by 2022 for Y11 intake in 2023. The balance of works completed in 2023 for Y12 intake in 2024.
