This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Department owns and operates eight bespoke AWS applications built and documented by a third-party vendor. These live applications of varying criticality require an experienced seller who is an expert AWS Partner and capable of delivering the following:
- application support and service incident management and resolution
- application bug identification, fixing and enhancements
- application and service maintenance activities
- application and services availability and performance monitoring and reporting
- performance and cost review, recommendations and optimisation
