Tender Description
The Department of Finance is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the building infrastructure at 2 Havelock Street, West Perth. JLL, on behalf of the Department of Finance (DoF), is seeking a highly qualified and experienced contractor to carry out the works required to replace the mechanical switchboards due for lifecycle replacement in the lower basement and on level 14.
A site visit will be held at Dumas House, 2 Havelock St, West Perth at 25 Oct, 2021 2:30 PM .
A Mandatory site briefing to Respondents will be conducted at:
