This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Qualitative research to determine the most effective traditional and digital communication channels, as well as quality and type of content, language and tone, and visual style that the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission should apply to improve its communication and engagement with aged care home service providers and their consumers.
At a minimum the seller will be asked to:
• Complete a review of the Commission’s social media channels, Quality Bulletin newsletter and information and education resources (including Alis modules) about the Serious Incident Response Scheme (SIRS) information on our website. Please refer to Requirements document.
• Consult with a sample of aged care providers, workers and consumers and their families/carers using focus groups and/or interviews to determine their communication needs
• Make recommendations about how the Commission should tailor and target its communications to the home services sector
• Deliver a comprehensive engagement strategy for the home service sector, including an analytics framework, that will guide the Commission on how to communicate more effectively with providers and consumers in this sector, including how to maximise and measure communication platforms and formats.
Please note: the Commission is not seeking a digital solution platform.
