Contract: Council is seeking to use this Request for Tender as a basis for entering into a Contract with the preferred Tenderer.
There are two parts to this Contract.

Part 1 Operational support of Oracle Fusion Cloud services
Council currently leverage Oracle Fusion Cloud SaaS services for ERP, HCM, and CX. Council is seeking a suitably experienced and qualified Oracle Partner to provide technical and functional support services to support Council internal staff and its product support team to enhance product capabilities and help optimise business processes.
Part 2 Professional Services for Oracle Cloud Migration

Council is also seeking professional services to implement a cloud migration from on-prem Oracle eBusiness Suite to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure for Dev, Test and Prod environments.

Oracle will provide their lift and shift program services to support this project.
