Tender Description
As a first step KiwiRail invites companies on the market to provide their responses to the present EOI in order to identify prospective suppliers, which could be capable of providing the required Goods and Services (Bearings, Bearings Refurbishment Services and Parts) in accordance with KiwiRail requirements.
As a next step, shortlisted suppliers will be invited to provide their responses to the RFT – Request for Tender. There will be separate process for that in place and it is not covered in the present EOI. KiwiRail is intending to award 5-year Contract for the Supply of Bearings, Bearings Refurbishment Services and Parts to the selected Supplier(s) with the right for KiwiRail to extend the Contract further for another 3 years.
