Submissions are invited for the purchase of vehicles, declared as abandoned vehicle wrecks, listed below and currently impounded by the Shire, pursuant to Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995.

1. 1998 Ford AU Wagon - Blue
2. 2000 Nissan Pulsar - White
3. 1999 Hyundai Excel - White
4. 2004 Holden Commodore Executive – Green/Gray
5. 1998 Honda Odyssey - Silver

All submissions must be made in writing, addressed to the undersigned or submitted via email before 2pm Wednesday 17 November 2021. The submission must clearly identify the item in which the offer relates. Submissions for multiple items is acceptable.

Please note that all items are offered on an ‘as is’ basis and are available for inspection by appointment between 25 October 2021 and 12 November 2021. Photographs of the vehicles are available on our website. Council reserves the right to negotiate with the parties in the event that equal offers of submission are received.
