Concrete Batch Plant:

• Equipment to meet OZ Minerals determined rates of production (per hour day / month).
• Provision of delivery trucks and agitators.
• Provision of ancillary equipment – Compressor, water chiller, water storage, generators and lighting.

Standard Concrete Supply - List Not Limited (per m3 rate):

• Cement stabilised sand.
• Range of MPa GB (15 – 50).
• Range of MPa GB for grouting (to be determined).

Service Goods Supply – List Not limited (Consumables per m3 or kg rate):

• Admixtures incl. silica, poly/steel fibres.
• GB Cement.
• 10 and 20mm concrete aggregate.
• Concrete and sand.

Testing and Reporting

• Provide technical support in the development of specialised concrete mix designs specified within engineering designs
• Prior to any production of concrete, contractor supplier is to sample and test onsite
  materials under OZ Minerals and / or Australian Standards. This is for the suitability of
  concrete supply for future mix designs.
• On completion of all batched concrete, contractor/ supplier will produce material
  dockets (concrete type/ strength and quantity) as well as appropriate on-site concrete
  testing.

Scheduling of Concrete Supply

• Collaborate, in conjunction with OZ Minerals and Stakeholders to establish and manage a robust supply forecast, with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice anticipated for the confirmation of concrete supply.
• Plan and coordinate for adequate material stocks and supplies to be retained at Site, considering any adverse weather forecast for the region i.e. rain events that may impact transport routes to WMP).
