Tender Description
Tamworth Regional Council (TRC) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for Tender No. T072/2022, Design and Construct for Treloar Park Tennis Court Upgrade.
This tender is a Quality Assurance contract with method of payment being lump sum. The scope of design works for this project includes the detailed design of all the works to be undertaken as part of the project including general site earthworks, new and upgraded tennis courts, court ancillary items and equipment, services for courts, and an off-street car park. The works are located in East Tamworth, and the date for practical completion is 30 June 2022.
Tenderers must attend the pre-tender briefing meeting including site visit which will be held:
When: 11.00am - 12.00pm AEDT, Tuesday 19 October 2021
Where: Treloar Park Tennis Courts, Napier Street, East Tamworth
This meeting will also be held via Zoom at the same time, for those unable to attend in person.
Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any submission and anyone who directly or indirectly canvasses support from an elected member or servant of the Council will be disqualified.
