Tender Description
The Board of Trustees for Patea Area School, Taranaki are seeking a suitably qualified Main Building Contractor to carry out the replacement Aluminium Joinery and Doors Project to Block E. uild of their Multipurpose Space.
The Contract Works required are: Replace existing original single glazed timber windows with new double glazed aluminium joinery, including rotten sills and mullions. Also included is a new timber landing and steps.
Contractors must visit site. Contact School Office to arrange a site visit.
Ideally dependent on MoE funding approval this work would be started approx as soon as possible once confirmation of approval is advised. This could possibly be january/February 2022 commencement, however this will be discussed with the successful contractor and school once funding approval confirmed.
