Tender Description
The purpose of this procurement is to engage a highly skilled and experienced specialist to undertake the strategic review of the heavy vehicle access regime and mass compliance enforcement in Queensland.
The objectives include:
- A departmental strategy for proposed improvements to TMR heavy vehicle operations and compliance regime.
- Development of a strategic framework with policy to manage access to TMR structures
- Documentation, communication messages, and educational presentations to TMR staff regarding RPEQ obligations and due diligence in managing access to TMR’s structural assets
