⁠⁠⁠The purpose of this procurement is to engage a highly skilled and experienced specialist to undertake the strategic review of the heavy vehicle access regime and mass compliance enforcement in Queensland.

The objectives include:

A departmental strategy for proposed improvements to TMR heavy vehicle operations and compliance regime.
Development of a strategic framework with policy to manage access to TMR structures
Documentation, communication messages, and educational presentations to TMR staff regarding RPEQ obligations and due diligence in managing access to TMR’s structural assets
