Carpark construction, ownership & management (New Dunedin Hospital)

⁠⁠⁠Southern District Health Board (SDHB) is seeking a respondent to build and own a multi-storey car parking building and manage the parking services after its completion. The objective is to provide convenient and proximal parking services to staff, patients and the public accessing the new Dunedin Hospital. Land will be available for lease from Southern DHB, if required, to facilitate this project.

This Registration of Interest process is the commencement of SDHB's engagement with the market to identify potential partners for this project. Registrations will be reviewed and assessed for suitability to progress to the RFP phase of the procurement. Any provider that can demonstrate adequate experience, capability and capacity to deliver the requirements will be shortlisted.
