The National Workplace Initiative (NWI) is seeking creative solutions to provide an alpha stage iteration of a digital platform. This digital platform is the centrepiece of an overall initiative to create mentally healthy workplaces. This digital platform will help organisations and businesses connect with a range of information and services tailored to different organisation size, location, industry type and maturity of approach.

The NWI has undertaken user-centred research and user experience design to define the features and functionality of this platform (see Attachment A). This current project aims to build on this work by producing a proof-of-concept in CMS Drupal, hosted in a cloud environment. This will test the functionality of Drupal to provide the desired features and functionality outlined in Attachment A. This initial proof-of-concept can be created in a testing environment, with a view to be transferred to govCMS if successful.

If successful, this proof-of-concept will be expanded into a platform that will be extended through a private, and then public, Beta until June 2023. This work will require engagement with relevant stakeholders and iterative testing throughout design to ensure the platform supports the needs of a wide range of potential users.
