⁠⁠⁠The City of Salisbury (Council) invites Expressions of Interest (Submissions) from builders/Community Housing/Not For Profit housing providers interested in working with Council (Respondents) to deliver housing products that are aligned with market affordability thresholds, as well as innovative partnerships for the delivery of affordable housing for potential residential development at Lake Windemere in Salisbury North (the Development). The development opportunity is a 1.3ha site located within an established attractive reserve.
