Tender Description
The purpose of this open REOI is to call for expressions of interest (EOI) from suitably qualified Contractors with experience in specialist building construction for the renovation of the Pool Hall and Front of House areas of the Rotorua Aquatic Centre.
Without limiting the possible outcomes of this REOI process, the intended purpose of this REOI is to pre-qualify and shortlist 2-3 Contractors for participation in a subsequent Request for Tender (RFT) process. The assessment of this REOI will be based upon relevant experience, track record, capability and availability.
The subsequent RFT process will assess shortlisted Contractors against price, methodology, and local economic benefits.
