Tender Description
The Bureau of Health Information (BHI) manages the NSW Patient Survey Program, which currently includes an outsourced component for data collections, data entry and processing.
The current contract is due to expire on 30 June 2022 and HealthShare NSW (on behalf of BHI) is undertaking the procurement process to request tenders for the new contract, which will be for a period of up to five years (three years initial term with an option to extend for up to a further two years).
The RFT is expected to be published on NSW eTendering on Friday 29 October 2021 and is expected to close on Tuesday 7 December 2021.
A briefing session for potential respondents is scheduled for Tuesday 9 November 2021.
