Coffs Harbour Workplace Hub Site Search

⁠⁠⁠Property and Development NSW (PDNSW) is seeking to acquire suitable land in the Coffs Harbour CBD (Site), in order for PDNSW to construct a new Workplace Hub for the use of NSW Government entities.

A new Workplace Hub in Coffs Harbour will consolidate the NSW Government’s existing tenancies and provide modern, efficient office space to attract and retain regional NSW Government workers.

To facilitate the construction of a Workplace Hub, PDNSW is seeking expressions of interest from Respondents with suitable Sites in the Coffs Harbour CBD for PDNSW’s consideration. In the event a suitable Site is located, the Site will be acquired by PDNSW for market value.

The market process is expected to comprise of an EOI, following which PDNSW will shortlist Respondents, conduct due diligence on the Shortlisted Proposed Sites and negotiate and enter into Transaction Documents with a Preferred Respondent(s).
