Tender Description
George Town Council is seeking Expressions of Interest for the potential operation of a campaing ground at the Beechford Recreation Reserve.
The proposed public camping site is situated approx. 16 kms from George Town CBD. The proposed area is located off Davis Street, covering an area of approx. 1.08 ha adjacent to Five Mile Bluff Conservation Area. Beechford is a small coastal village surround by famland and picturesque bushland. This coastal village provides activities for the whole family such as walking, mountain biking, snorkelling, swimming, fishing and kite surfing and camping.
This rare opportunity is on offer to operators who are enthusiastic, customer focused, with previous experience in managing/operating camping grounds.
