Exciting Lease Opportunity.
• Opportunity to establish either a regular pop up kiosk or semi-permanent food truck operation within Rotary Park (275 Scenic Drive, Wanneroo).
• Option 1 - Pop up kiosk, ground lease rent (to be determined by valuation) and terms subject to negotiation with preferred applicant.
• Option 2 - Semi-Permanent Food Truck, licence fee and terms subject to negotiation with preferred applicant.
• Services (water & electricity) intended to be established by the City (confirmed by negotiation).
Rotary Park comprises a comprehensive playground, barbecues, shaded seating areas, car parking and toilets.
