Purchase and Removal of Dwelling at 58 Horseshoe Bay Road, Bowen

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking bids for the purchase & removal of a dwelling located at 58 Horseshoe Bay Road Bowen [Lot2 on SP245743] so to enable the continuing beautification program of Hansen Park and associated foreshore.

This Tender is expected to be awarded to the market prior to 14th December 2021 with works as specified under this tender expected to commence and be completed by 31st March 2022, or as agreed with Council at time of tender awarding.

Any enquiries by Tenderers are to be directed via the "Communications Forum" in the tender portal.

A non-mandatory Tender Briefing will be held at 58 Horseshoe Bay Road, Bowen at 10am, Friday 8th October 2021.
