Tender Description
The Controlled Substances (Youth Treatment Orders) Amendment Act 2019 (the Act) allows the Youth Court of South Australia (Youth Court) to order young people who have refused to engage in voluntary treatment for drug dependency to participate in drug assessment and treatment. The Act comes into operation on 21 November 2021.
A Sole Supplier is needed to deliver the drug assessment and treatment services required by the Act.
