Lease of Land for the Purpose of Fuel Supply at Rockhampton Airport

⁠⁠⁠Rockhampton Regional Council invites written offers for Tender 14676 - Lease of Land as a commercial opportunity for the purpose of fuel supply at the Rockhampton Airport, for the following:

Portion 1 - Lease of Land for the purpose to operate an aviation fuel business to supply the needs of civiliam and defence users.

Portion 2 - Lease of Land for the purpose to design, construct and operate a fuel service station to supply the needs of the general public, customers of the aiport, businesses directly connected to the airport and defense users.

Tenderers must have extensive experience in the operation of a fuel supply business in the aviation sector for Portion 1. Tenderers may submit for either Portion 1 or Portion 2 or both Portions.
