Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to manage the day to day operation of the community centre located at Springfield Lakes State School, including the engagement of organisations to provide services, activities and programs.
The Successfiul Offeror is required to enter into a Management Agreement and Lease with the Department of Education for the Springfield Lakes Community Centre.
The Management Body will be required to work closely with the Principal of the Springfield Lakes State School and an overarching Governance Body to ensure that the centre is operated in accordance with all school policies, laws and regulations.
Organisations are invited by the State of Queensland (acting through the Department of Education) to submit an offer for Request for Quote No. QED108953 for the Management of the Springfield Lakes Community Centre as specified in Schedule 1 - Requirements.
The DoE is committed to advancing the economic, environmental and social objectives of the Queensland Government, including, maximising Queensland Lessees’ opportunities to participate in government business, supporting regional and remote economies, and doing business with ethically, environmentally and socially responsible Lessees.
The following is out-of-scope for this Agreement:
Naming rights;
The successful Offeror is not permitted to sell goods to the public by retail from this space.
