Tender Description
Gladstone Area Water Board is seeking Expressions of Interest for a Transaction Advisor and Contract Management Services for the Gladstone-Fitzroy Pipeline Project.
The Gladstone-Fitzroy Pipeline (GFP) Project is an underground water pipeline approximately 115km long from Laurel Bank (near Rockhampton) to Yarwun (north of Gladstone) and will include:
An intake and pump station on the Fitzroy River;
A water treatment plant, reservoir and pump station at Alton Downs;
A booster pump station and reservoir at Raglan; and
A reservoir at Aldoga.
Expressions of Interest are invited for consideration as the first phase of the tender process for the transaction management of the above-mentioned project.
Should your company wish to be considered to participate in the Project, please complete/provide the following information and return by 5pm AEST, as a single PDF file by the closing date:
1. the attached Confidentiality Agreement executed by an authorised representative of your company;
2. confirmation of a company office located in Brisbane and/or Gladstone;
3. a Corporate Profile for your company of no more than five pages tailored to illustrate its ability to undertake the required services; and
4. the names and CV’s of key personnel from your company.
Please limit your submission to no more than twenty (20) A4 double-sided pages, with a minimum font size 11. Any additional documentation submitted may not be evaluated.
