This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
This project is expected to be an initial discovery into the current brand portfolio, with the successful seller required to develop recommendations for a cohesive brand architecture and narrative in the form of a brand architecture blueprint. The successful seller will also be required to develop an implementation and engagement plan across Government service delivery agencies. A final brand architecture solution is required, however brand assets are not expected from this engagement. The final report should act as a blueprint to be used by Government agencies to inform future branding choices.
The seller will have a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) with the ability to scale up or down based on the initial review and scoping of the engagement.
