Lake Wallace Dam Offset Property Grazing Lease

⁠⁠⁠Snowy Monaro Regional Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from interested parties who are able to undertake sustainable farming practices within a portion of the Council-owned Lake Wallace property, known as the Lake Wallace Dam Offset Property, being Lot 1-3 DP 238057 and Lot 2 DP 1202667.

Stock grazing is a management tool used to assist in the control of grass biomass within the offset sites. The offset site is approximately 129.16 hectares, with a grazing period of 1 February to 30 September annually.
