Tender Description
The Department for Education is seeking to purchase 3 x 24 passenger seat automatic buses.
The buses are to be modified as part of this tender to be ready to operate as a school bus as per department and legislative requirements.
The modifications include such things as fitting an alternating school bus flashing light system, adding signage, CCTV system and painting all services with the colour known as “PPG Delfleet 417-XBM54-4L, XA-10223-009”. The full list of requirements is included in the specification.
Each bus provided shall be capable of operating extensively on Council maintained unsealed roads throughout South Australia (SA) without dust leakage or other component failure or malfunction as a result of unsealed road operations.
