Tender Description
The following electric-submersible pumps (end-suction centrifugal) shall be mounted on top and suspended inside of caissons (~55 m length) that are installed on or in the FPU hull, and equipped with line shaft, flanges, and other accessories (i.e. motors, instrument, electrical, and connections) as required to form a complete and functional unit:

Ballast Pumps (4 off)
Bilge Pumps (4 off)
Service Water Pumps (2 off)
Seawater Lift Pumps (3 off)
Other requirements:
- CLASS certification with DNV is required.
- SUPPLIER shall provide one set of special tools required for the erection and/or maintenance (e.g., pipe clamps, lifting tools, temporary supports, etc.) for handling during installation and removal.
- SUPPLIER furnished Transportation
- Mechanical design of equipment for process condition, wind load, blast load, FPU accelerations
- All required heat treatments, NDE's, PMI
- Equipment hydro-test, draining and drying after hydro-test
- Mechanical guarantee
- Proof load test of lifting lugs
- Weight control throughout the design and fabrication
